Refund policy
At AARAAB AESTHETICS, every product is made on demand with care and purpose. Therefore, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We only accept return or replacement requests if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, design, colour, or size due to our mistake.
To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.
To start a return or replacement request, you can contact us at support@aaraabaesthetics.in. Please note that returns or replacements will only be processed after our team has reviewed and approved your request.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, design, colour, or size. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Size Exchange
Please review our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
We do not offer returns or exchanges if the size selected by the customer does not fit. Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility.
However, if you ordered one size and received a different size due to our mistake (for example, you ordered L but received XL), we will provide a free replacement after verification.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products with the correct size delivered as ordered.
- Products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or original packaging.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Gift cards.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided or if your order is cancelled by AARAAB AESTHETICS before dispatch.
We will notify you once we have reviewed your request and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
